We are looking for a Brand Marketing Executive to support the delivery and execution of brand and marketing activity across the business. Reporting directly into the Brand & Marketing Manager, this role is designed to strengthen day-to-day brand delivery, ensure consistency across touchpoints, and support the successful rollout of campaigns, launches, and activations. This is an ideal role for someone with hands-on brand or marketing experience who is looking to deepen their understanding of brand, campaign execution, and integrated marketing. The Brand Marketing Executive will act as a safe pair of hands across campaigns and ongoing brand activity, enabling the Brand & Marketing Manager to focus on strategic planning, brand development, and long-term growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Campaign & Brand Execution – Support the end-to-end execution of brand and marketing campaigns, from briefing through to delivery.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure activity is delivered on time and to brief.
- Support New Store Opening (NSO) marketing rollouts, ensuring brand consistency and smooth execution across channels.
- Assist with in-person activations and brand moments, supporting planning, logistics, and on-the-ground delivery.
- Briefing & Internal Team Coordination – Draft clear and detailed briefs for internal teams, designers, and content creators based on agreed campaign direction.
- Manage day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders involved in campaign delivery, escalating where needed.
- Coordinate shoots and content production with internal teams, including scheduling, logistics, and asset management.
- Support feedback rounds by consolidating comments and ensuring updates align with brand guidelines.
- Content & Channel Support – Support social content ideation by translating campaign ideas into clear content briefs.
- Coordinate with internal social and content teams to ensure assets are delivered in line with brand direction.
- Assist with email and digital marketing execution, including briefing, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Brand Consistency & Governance – Apply existing tone of voice, brand guidelines, and visual identity consistently across all outputs.
- Support the rollout of updated brand assets, guidelines, and toolkits as they evolve.
- Act as a brand guardian in day-to-day execution, flagging inconsistencies and ensuring best practice.
- Reporting & Administration – Support campaign reporting and post-campaign reviews.
- Manage trackers, timelines, and documentation to keep projects running smoothly.
- Coordinate meetings, notes, and actions to support efficient collaboration.
