We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Local Store Marketing (LSM) Executive to bring the Wingstop brand to life at a local level across the UK & Ireland, driving footfall, building local buzz, and ensuring every restaurant is connected to its community through impactful marketing activity.
Role OverviewThe Local Store Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering high-impact, community focused marketing initiatives that drive traffic and brand awareness at a local level. Working closely with restaurant teams and the wider marketing function, you will plan and execute local activations, partnerships and events that help bring the Wingstop brand to life in key markets.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver local store marketing activity to drive footfall and sales across restaurants.
- Execute tactical campaigns including store openings, events, partnerships and student activations.
- Support national marketing campaigns with strong local execution.
- Build relationships with local businesses, universities, gyms and community groups.
- Identify and develop partnerships that drive brand awareness and customer trial.
- Support new restaurant openings by creating hype, queues and strong local buzz.
- Deliver on-the-ground activations that reflect the Wingstop brand and culture.
- Track and report on the performance of local marketing activity.
- Use insight and feedback to improve local marketing plans.
- Work closely with restaurant teams to ensure marketing activity is executed smoothly.
- Manage local marketing budgets and ensure activity is commercially effective.
- 2+ years experience in local marketing, events, or grassroots brand activation.
- High energy, hands-on approach with the ability to deliver activity quickly and effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and confidently with a range of partners and stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with marketing and operations teams.
- Experience working within hospitality, QSR, retail or multi-site consumer brands.
- Experience supporting new restaurant openings or launch campaigns.
- Experience building local partnerships and community relationships.
- Experience analysing campaign performance and using insights to improve marketing activity.
