Interim Campaign Manager (Contract) – Immediate Start

We’re looking for an Interim Campaign Manager to hit the ground running and support delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns during a key period of growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who can step in immediately, take ownership, and drive campaigns that deliver real commercial impact.
The Role
- You’ll own and deliver product-led campaigns end-to-end. From briefing agencies through to execution and performance analysis.
- Working closely with brand, CRM, Ops, and innovation, you’ll ensure campaigns land seamlessly across all channels and in restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Delivery
- Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns (LTOs, NPD, key trading moments)
- Own campaign messaging and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Brief and manage creative and content teams
- Deliver seamless omni-channel execution (social, CRM, delivery, in-store)
- Performance & Optimisation
- Track campaign performance and report on commercial impact
- Run post-campaign reviews and optimise future activity
- Work closely with Finance and Ops to identify growth opportunities
- Partnerships & Activation
- Manage key commercial partnerships (e.g. student platforms, third parties)
- Support delivery of culturally relevant activations to drive frequency
- Cross-Functional Delivery
- Collaborate across marketing, digital, and operations teams
- Support planning and execution across the marketing calendar
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering high-impact marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment (QSR, retail, or consumer brand preferred)
- Able to start immediately and operate with minimal onboarding
- Strong stakeholder management and agency experience
- Commercially minded, data-driven, and delivery focused
- Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities
