We’re opening a brand-new Wingstop restaurant. As an Assistant Manager in a New Store Opening, you’ll play a key role in launching a brand‑new restaurant and setting it up for success from day one. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help build and develop a brand‑new team, establish ways of working, and create a high‑energy, high‑performing culture. You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, supporting your team to deliver great food, fast service, and consistently high standards. From training and coaching new starters to leading shifts and embedding processes, you’ll be central to getting the restaurant off to a strong start. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to make a visible impact from the very beginning.
