Role Overview

The Brand Executive supports the Senior Brand & Creative Manager in developing and delivering culturally relevant, commercially aligned brand campaigns across all channels. This role acts as the bridge between brand direction and creative execution, ensuring ideas translate into clear briefs, high-quality creative outputs and efficient production delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Brief Translation & Campaign Support
    • Develop clear, actionable, creative briefs from overarching brand direction.
    • Build detailed asset lists in collaboration, rollout plans and wireframes prior to visual execution.
    • Ensure all creative briefs include context on platform, audience and messaging intent.
  • Tone of Voice & Copywriting
    • Lead copy development across OOH, POS, in-store screens, digital, social and partnerships.
    • Performance related copy, to be developed in collaboration with marketing and appointed comms agency.
    • Develop tone of voice routes aligned to brand positioning.
    • Adapt messaging based on format, dwell time and environment.
    • Collaborate with designers to ensure cohesive visual and written execution.
  • Creative Production & Asset Workflow Ownership
    • Manage brand campaign timelines from concept approval to final delivery.
    • Coordinate agencies, designers and external production partners.
    • Track revisions and ensure quality control prior to senior review.
    • Understand technical requirements across print, digital and motion formats.
  • Project & Workflow Management
    • Maintain trackers using Excel and project management platforms (Monday.com, ClickUp or similar).
    • Produce status updates, wrap-ups and support on post-campaign summaries.
    • Communicate clearly across Slack, email and stakeholder meetings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Social, Partnerships and Marketing teams to ensure alignment.
    • Translate brand campaign moments into actionable execution briefs.
    • Maintain clarity around responsibilities and hand-offs between functions.
  • Tools, Technical Fluency & Practical Output Skills
    • Confident use of Monday.com / ClickUp and Excel for tracking and asset schedules.
    • PowerPoint / Canva and Figma / Miro / Whimsical for decks, briefs and wireframes.
    • Slack, email and shared drives (M365 / Dropbox) for communication and version control.
    • Ability to wireframe and structure assets prior to design production.
    • Practical understanding of social formats, OOH, in-store screens and digital best practices.
    • Apply QA checks across spelling, tone, formatting and version control before publication.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 3 years+ experience in brand, creative, production and campaign roles.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills.
  • Experience managing creative production pipelines.
  • Comfortable working at pace in a dynamic environment.
  • Culturally curious with a strong creative instinct.

Desirable Skills & Experience (Nice to have)

  • Project Management skills.
