Your Role
- Collaborate with our Pedagogical Engineering and Project teams to design high-quality learning experiences for enterprise clients.
Instructional Design
- Analyse client documentation, workflows and business processes.
- Define clear pedagogical structures adapted to user needs.
- Transform complex software processes into intuitive step-by-step learning experiences.
- Design interactive guides using the Lemon Learning platform.
Content Creation
- Write clear, concise and user-focused instructional content in native-level English.
- Ensure consistency, clarity and pedagogical quality.
- Adapt content to different user audiences and maturity levels.
Client Collaboration
- Participate in selected client and prospect calls.
- Understand business needs and translate them into learning solutions.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for digital adoption.
Profile
- We are looking for an autonomous and detail-oriented instructional designer comfortable working in an international SaaS environment.
Required:
- Native English speaker (mandatory).
- Proven experience in Instructional Design, Learning Design, Technical Writing or Content Design.
- Experience working with SaaS products or enterprise software environments.
- Strong structured writing and simplification skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
Nice to Have:
- Digital Adoption or software training experience.
- UX writing / content design background.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience with ERP, CRM or HRIS tools.
Development skills are not required — pedagogical clarity and user empathy matter most.
