Your Role
- Instructional Design
- Analyze client documentation, workflows and business processes
- Define clear pedagogical structures adapted to user needs
- Transform complex software processes into intuitive step-by-step learning experiences
- Design interactive guides using the Lemon Learning platform
- Content Creation
- Write clear, concise and user-focused instructional content in native-level English
- Ensure consistency, clarity and pedagogical quality
- Adapt content to different user audiences and maturity levels
- Client Collaboration
- Participate in selected client and prospect calls
- Understand business needs and translate them into learning solutions
- Provide recommendations on best practices for digital adoption
Profile
We are looking for an autonomous and detail-oriented instructional designer comfortable working in an international SaaS environment.
- Required:
- Native English speaker (mandatory).
- Proven experience in Instructional Design, Learning Design, Technical Writing or Content Design.
- Experience working with SaaS products or enterprise software environments.
- Strong structured writing and simplification skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
- Nice to Have:
- Digital Adoption or software training experience
- UX writing / content design background
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience with ERP, CRM or HRIS tools.
- Development skills are not required — pedagogical clarity and user empathy matter most.
