Lemon Drizzle Recruitment are exclusively supporting a growing contractor delivering social housing regeneration, refurbishment, retrofit and decarbonisation projects across the North East. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their operational team.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for delivering projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, residents, subcontractors and internal teams, you will play a key role in maintaining project performance and customer satisfaction.
