Are you an experienced Civils Estimator looking for more ownership, progression, and the opportunity to play a key role in a growing business? Lemon Drizzle Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established and expanding Civils Contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Estimator to strengthen their growing pre-construction team in Wakefield.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing and strategically important area of the business, leading tendering activity across water frameworks throughout Yorkshire and the North East. You’ll join a supportive team environment where your technical expertise will be valued, your input will shape project wins, and genuine progression opportunities are available as the business continues to expand.
The Role
As Senior Estimator, you’ll manage multiple civils and water framework enquiries from initial review through to submission, playing a key role in securing future work across a varied project portfolio.
- Managing multiple enquiries across water frameworks throughout Yorkshire and the North East
- Reviewing tender documents and assessing project scope, risks, and delivery requirements
- Producing accurate take-offs and bills of quantities
- Preparing competitive and compliant tenders
