Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor—chartered with the RICS or working towards it—looking for a fast-track opportunity to progress to Associate Director? About the Role
You’ll join a small, collaborative team delivering full pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across multiple projects, predominantly within the healthcare sector. Projects range from £500k to £300m, working with both tier 1 and regional main contractors. You’ll play a key role in managing these projects from initial enquiry through to handover, ensuring value engineering, cost control, and budget integrity throughout.

The Ideal Candidate
- Solid grounding in quantity surveying principles
- Chartered RICS status (or working towards)
