Lemon Drizzle Recruitment has been appointed to recruit a Marketing Manager for a Main Contractor based in Newcastle who specialise in fit out projects across the North East, Yorkshire and Humberside.

What you’ll be doing and be responsible for
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate the company brand and support business growth. You’ll lead digital campaigns, manage content creation, and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure their message is clear, consistent, and compelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy with a strong digital focus
- Manage and grow digital presence across web, social media, email, and paid channels
- Coordinate and create high-quality marketing content including blogs, newsletters, videos, and case studies
- Analyse campaign performance using data and analytics tools, and make informed recommendations
- Support business development through marketing materials, presentations, and event coordination
- Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage relationships with agencies, designers, and other external suppliers
What we’re looking for?
- 3–5+ years in a marketing role, preferably within construction, property, or B2B industries
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Confidence in using analytics to drive decisions (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
- A collaborative mindset and passion for building strong brand experiences
- Bonus points for experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
