Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks Subcontractor Teesside (Hybrid) £45,000 – £55,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits My client is a trusted subcontractor delivering civil engineering and groundworks packages across the North East. The business partners with major housebuilders to provide infrastructure works, drainage, highways, and plot foundations that form the backbone of new housing developments. They’re now looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team.
