This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative business with a strong pipeline of refurbishment and small works projects across the North East.
You ll play a key role in securing future work by managing tenders from initial enquiry through to submission, working closely with clients, subcontractors and the wider pre-construction team.
The Role You ll take ownership of tender enquiries ranging up to 5 million, preparing accurate and competitive submissions while identifying opportunities and mitigating commercial risk.
You will manage tender enquiries from initial enquiry through to submission, reviewing tender documentation, assessing project requirements and producing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
You ll obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, prepare detailed cost estimates, identify project risks and value engineering opportunities, and ensure competitive, commercially robust submissions are produced.
