Progress your career with one of the North East's most respected independent consultancies. I'm working exclusively with a well-established, independent construction consultancy that's earned an outstanding reputation across the North East for delivering high-quality Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Principal Designer services.
With an impressive portfolio spanning healthcare, commercial, education, transport, industrial, leisure and infrastructure, the business has built long-term relationships with its clients, resulting in a strong pipeline of secured work for the next 2–3 years. As demand continues to grow, they're now looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, close-knit consultancy where you'll work directly alongside the Directors, gaining exposure to a wide variety of projects while enjoying genuine autonomy and influence. Initially, you'll take the commercial lead on major healthcare developments, delivering both pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services from project inception through to completion. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to work across an increasingly diverse project portfolio.
Unlike larger consultancies, this business has a genuinely flat structure. Your ideas will be listened to, your contribution recognised, and your progression won't be limited by unnecessary layers of management. For the right individual, there's a clear and realistic pathway towards Associate Director.
