These programmes help talented individuals advance their skills and careers, engaging over 10,000 participants quarterly.Responsibilities Contribute broadly to Encode\’s operational departments, including logistics, programme management, marketing, and business development.Assist with and resolve operational challenges.Manage Airtable databases, organise events, handle logistics, project management, community engagement, and partnership communications.About You Recent graduates or individuals with early work experience, with flexible start dates.Aspiring operations generalist in a startup environment.Strong academic record (2:1 or above from a leading university) and high performance.Confident, innovative, and eager for leadership roles.Demonstrated achievements beyond academics, such as extracurricular activities, projects, or work experience.
