This is a rare opportunity for a paid social specialist to own one of the most important growth levers in a fast-scaling D2C brand. LeMieux is the UK's leading equestrian brand, and paid social is central to how we build awareness, drive acquisition, and shape brand perception in our key markets. This is a new, dedicated role created because we believe paid social deserves a true expert. Search and shopping will be owned separately within the commercial team; you will be free to focus exclusively on the channels where creative and performance meet: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.

You will sit at the intersection of performance marketing and creative. We are looking for someone who can read a return on ad spend report and a creative brief with equal fluency, someone who instinctively understands that on paid social, the creative is the lever.

In this role, you will own paid social end to end: strategy, channel mix, creative briefing, testing frameworks, budget allocation, performance, and reporting. You will be the bridge between our brand and creative teams and the commercial performance of those channels.

What You'll Do
  • Strategy and planning
    • Own the paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, aligned to the broader commercial and brand objectives.
    • Build and maintain a full-funnel paid social plan that balances awareness, prospecting, retargeting, and retention investment.
    • Define the testing roadmap across audiences, creative concepts, formats, placements, and bidding strategies. Translate the findings into actionable insight.
  • Creative and brand partnership
    • Act as the primary commercial partner to the in-house brand and creative teams, briefing creative requirements grounded in performance insight.
    • Champion creative quality as the single biggest driver of paid social performance and protect brand integrity across all paid social outputs.
    • Build a culture of rapid creative iteration; concept, produce, test, learn, scale, supported by a clear measurement framework.
  • Execution and optimisation
    • Own day-to-day campaign execution across all paid social platforms directly.
    • Allocate budget at campaign, ad set, and ad level, with continuous optimisation against ROAS, CAC, and incremental revenue targets.
    • Stay ahead of platform changes, ad format launches, and measurement updates (signal loss, MMM, incrementality testing, etc.) and adapt our approach accordingly.
  • Measurement and reporting
    • Build clear, decision-useful reporting for paid social performance, contribution, and creative effectiveness.
    • Partner with the wider commercial and analytics functions on attribution, marketing mix modelling, and incrementality testing.
    • Translate complex performance data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration
    • Work closely with the Senior Ecommerce Commercial Manager on trading priorities, promotional planning, and channel investment decisions.
    • Collaborate with the Senior Ecommerce Experience Manager on the post-click experience to ensure landing pages and journeys support paid social performance.
    • Build strong working relationships with the brand, creative, product, and merchandising teams.
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 2 years' hands-on paid social experience, with a meaningful portion of that managing significant budgets (six figures+ monthly) at a D2C brand or specialist agency.
  • Deep, current expertise across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. Working knowledge of YouTube and Pinterest is expected; experience with emerging platforms is a plus.
  • A genuine creative eye. You can look at an ad and articulate why it will or will not perform, and you can give clear, useful creative direction.
  • Strong analytical fluency. You are comfortable interrogating performance data, building test designs, and drawing defensible conclusions.
  • Track record of building productive working relationships with in-house or external creative teams.
  • Commercial mindset. You understand that paid social is a means to an end, profitable revenue growth, not an end in itself.
Desirable
  • Experience working in a brand-led category where creative quality is non-negotiable (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, premium D2C).
  • Exposure to marketing mix modelling, incrementality testing, or media mix optimisation frameworks.
  • Experience working across multiple markets (UK, US, EU).
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, GA4, and other ecom tech.
