LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for a Motion Graphic Designer looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company. We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 180-strong HQ team to achieve it. You’ll be working alongside Marketing and Creative to achieve best in class content and ultimately, help make LeMieux the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet.
As Motion Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in translating Marketing objectives into visually engaging content that resonates across Meta Platforms, TikTok, YouTube and app store environments. You will be required to build standout creative outputs – both static and animated – predominantly across paid social advertising. You will work closely and cross-functionally with relevant teams to align on briefs and utilise data and insights to drive performance-enhancing assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Design & Animation: Create high-performing static and motion assets optimised for Meta platforms, TikTok, YouTube pre-rolls, and app store placements. Develop short-form video ads, animated stories, and reels that align with platform best practices as well as insight and data. Work on other ad hoc design projects as required as a key member of the Creative Team.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and eCommerce Teams to interpret briefs and translate them into compelling visual creative. Collaborate with Creative Team colleagues, our Senior Copywriter and Social Media & Community Manager to ensure cohesive, on-brand style and messaging across all assets.
- Trend Integration: Stay abreast of emerging trends in social media and platform advertising, incorporating relevant styles and techniques into designs. Push the boundaries and help creatively develop the brand on these platforms. Adapt existing content to fit new formats and platform updates as required and relevant.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. Maintain organised files and adhere to brand guidelines across all outputs, whilst still pushing the brand and style to meet the needs of platforms and performance goals.
Suitable applicants will display the following:
- Proven experience in motion graphics design, particularly for social media advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific requirements and best practices for Meta, TikTok, YouTube - app stores a bonus.
- Ability and demonstrable experience in conceptualising and creating designs that drive engagement and conversion.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of static and animated social media ads, preferably with relevant insights and results.
The following attributes are not essential but would be advantageous:
- Experience with 3D animation tools or interactive media.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and the ability to iterate designs based on data insights.
- Knowledge of the equestrian industry or a passion for equestrian sports.
