HR & People Partner

LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for a HR & People Partner looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company.

We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 180-strong HQ team to achieve it. You’ll be working alongside the HR Manager to deliver world class HR support to our employees and ultimately, help make LeMieux the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet.

Role Overview:

As HR & People Partner you will support the HR Manager in implementing and delivering our people strategy and play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management across the organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, this role provides expert guidance on a wide range of human resource functions, including employee relations, performance management, organisational development, talent management and change initiatives and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day HR administrative tasks
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee HR-related issues and enquiries
  • Provide employee guidance on HR policies, procedures and benefits
  • Assist Managers with mediation and employee issues
  • Accurately maintain HR Platform (Hibob)
  • Take over from the Recruitment Lead with onboarding new starters with contracts, documentation checks, mandatory training and probation documents,
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives that support a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with relevant legislation
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations and benefits
  • Collaborate with wider HR team to identify opportunities for improvements to HR processes and the employee experience
  • Monitor and maintain shared HR inbox
  • Ensure best-in-class and timely HR services are provided to all employees
  • Administrate offboarding processes

Suitable candidates will display the following skills and experience:

  • CIPD level 5 Qualified
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong working knowledge of HR administrative processes, best practices and UK employment law
  • Previous experience of running internal recruitment processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Passionate about fostering an inclusive and high performing culture
  • Comfortable dealing with sensitive employee issues with tact and empathy
  • Approachable and supportive with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Commitment to sustainability and ethical working practices
  • Confident using and maintaining HR information systems
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficient in MS office
