We’re seeking a Junior Designer (Apparel) to join our team and help shape the future of our brand.
What You’ll Do
- We are seeking a passionate and versatile Junior Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a broad design interest and who is eager to contribute to a variety of product categories.
- You will support the design team throughout the development process, from concept to production, gaining hands-on experience in multiple disciplines.
- Collaborate with across departments and teams to develop exceptional products that meet our customers' needs.
- Own the design process, from conceptualisation right through to production sign off, on your given categories.
- Work to the critical path, ensuring deadlines are met and product is delivered on time.
- Be commercially minded when designing and bringing product to life.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Assist in the preparation of design presentations and materials for client and sign off meetings.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience of working as a Designer in a clothing-based field.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Textile Design or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work within a team.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset.
- While beneficial, equestrian knowledge is not a prerequisite. We are looking for a team member who shows an interest and is willing to learn about our exciting equine world, while bringing a fresh perspective on design possibilities.
