- Work closely with Product Design teams to translate technical product features into compelling customer benefits
- Maintain product content standards and consistency across all digital channels
- Support the ongoing management of product information and content databases, and play an active role in process development and improvement
- Campaigns & Marketing Content
- Create campaign headlines, messaging frameworks and launch copy for seasonal collections and major brand campaigns
- Write compelling copy for websites, landing pages, email marketing, social media and digital campaigns
- Help develop scripts, storyboards, captions and supporting copy for video content
- Retail, Trade & Customer Experience Content
- Create content for point-of-sale materials, retail activations, events and exhibitions
- Support trade marketing communications and retailer content requirements
- Develop customer-facing content including FAQs, warranties, care guides, buying guides and support materials
- Support the development and maintenance of customer journey content, including returns processes and service communications
- AI & Content Innovation
- Champion the responsible use of AI tools to improve content creation workflows

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive content tasks while maintaining brand quality and accuracy
- Help establish best practice for AI-assisted content creation across the business
- Continuously explore emerging tools and technologies that improve content quality, consistency and speed
What You’ll Bring

- Significant copywriting experience within a consumer, retail, ecommerce or lifestyle brand; or with these types of brands in a freelance or agency capacity
- Outstanding writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Proven ability to work with, develop and manage a distinctive brand tone of voice

- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desirable
- Experience within equestrian, sports, fashion, outdoor or lifestyle sectors
- Experience working with AI content tools and content automation workflows
- Understanding of SEO and ecommerce content best practice
- Experience managing large product catalogues and content databases
- Experience creating technical, compliance or customer support content
