What You’ll Do
- Capture high-quality, best in class studio and lifestyle images for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials, both in studio and on location.
- Assist in planning and executing photoshoots for product launches, marketing initiatives and live events, incorporating both studio and environmental settings.
- Edit and retouch images to ensure they meet our high-quality brand standards and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Creative team to develop concepts and ideas for photoshoots, ensuring alignment with intended formats and usage.
- Maintain and organise the photography equipment and studio space, as well as manage logistics for on-location shoots where required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in photography and image editing techniques.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a photographer, preferably in an in-house or agency setting, with proficiency in both studio and on-location photography.
- Proficiency in photography equipment and software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.
- Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and detail in both studio and on-location settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and organisation skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple key stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and projects.
- Willing and able to travel and be away for shoots – UK and internationally – as required.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and high-quality photography work in both studio and on-location environments.
- Strong Equestrian knowledge and/or an interest in horses and the industry would be advantageous.
