Job Summary
The Community Lead - Growth (Southeast Asia) is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness for LemFi within the Southeast Asian diaspora. This role is ideal for a dynamic and self-driven professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and community engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience working with diaspora communities, associations, NGOs, universities, and other relevant networks to build LemFi’s presence and drive adoption of its services. You will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives, forging partnerships, managing a team of promoters, and achieving ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies through diverse sales and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with associations, community leaders, NGOs, social media influencers, and other key stakeholders to promote LemFi’s services.
- Lead and manage a team of promoters to ensure effective market penetration and brand visibility.
- Drive awareness and trust within the Southeast Asian diaspora by engaging with communities and leveraging cultural touchpoints.
- Own and achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets in the designated sender country.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop localized marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored to the Southeast Asian audience.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to optimize growth strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that LemFi remains the preferred online remittance service for Southeast Asian migrants.
