With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders should not limit financial opportunity.
The Role
As our People Ops Manager, you will be the driving force behind a seamless employee experience across our global locations. Reporting to the Senior People Ops Manager, you will thrive in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment where you will build people processes from scratch and leverage automation to ensure our operations scale efficiently as the business grows. - Maintain and evolve the content for our AI‑powered people bot to drive employee self‑service.
- Partner with the Global Payroll Manager to ensure accuracy and statutory compliance across multiple regions.
- Coach and support first‑line managers in navigating performance management and conflict resolution.
- Ensure local compliance with employment law and regulatory obligations across our diverse global footprint.
- Oversee the performance process execution, onboarding managers to the cycle and ensuring high completion rates.
- Run company onboarding sessions and act as the local owner for office experience in‑region (where applicable).
Who You Are
- A pragmatic problem solver who chooses speed and iteration over waiting for the “perfect” policy.
- An automation enthusiast who naturally seeks to simplify repetitive tasks and leverage technology.
- A confident communicator capable of coaching managers through sensitive performance or conflict situations.
- A high‑ownership operator who thrives in a lean, fast‑paced environment and enjoys being “hands‑on”.
- A global thinker comfortable navigating the nuances of employment laws and cultures across different countries.
What You’ll Bring
- 4‑7 years of experience in People Operations or as an HR Generalist, ideally within a high‑growth tech or fintech environment.
- Proven experience managing employee relations cases independently and fairly.
- A track record of improving or automating HR processes to increase team capacity.
- Experience supporting managers across multiple time zones or international regions.
- Familiarity with maintaining HRIS data and using people analytics to inform decisions.
- Strong knowledge of international employment law basics or a proven ability to quickly research and apply local compliance requirements.
- Experience with AI tools, chatbot management, or modern HR productivity software is preferred.
