Responsibilities:

  1. User Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies tailored to assigned markets
  • Utilize and manage online and offline channels, including social media, community events, partnerships, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
  • Community Engagement:
    • Lead community-focused actions to build and nurture a strong user base
    • Organize and participate in local events, meetups, and forums to promote LemFi and educate potential users
    • Create and manage relationships with community partners
  • Partnership Development:
    • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant businesses and organizations
    • Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefits
  • Market Research and Insights:
    • Conduct market research to understand community needs and behaviors
    • Provide insights to refine LemFi’s offerings and messaging
    • Advocate for the voice of the user internally
  • Brand Advocacy:
    • Act as a brand ambassador for LemFi
    • Promote LemFi’s mission, values, and services through various channels

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience in fast-paced environments; sales, growth, or marketing experience is a plus
    • Good analytical skills
    • Strong understanding of African communities in Glasgow-Scotland
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Creative and strategic problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently remotely
