Responsibilities:
- User Acquisition:
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies tailored to assigned markets
- Utilize and manage online and offline channels, including social media, community events, partnerships, and digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
- Lead community-focused actions to build and nurture a strong user base
- Organize and participate in local events, meetups, and forums to promote LemFi and educate potential users
- Create and manage relationships with community partners
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant businesses and organizations
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefits
- Conduct market research to understand community needs and behaviors
- Provide insights to refine LemFi’s offerings and messaging
- Advocate for the voice of the user internally
- Act as a brand ambassador for LemFi
- Promote LemFi’s mission, values, and services through various channels
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in fast-paced environments; sales, growth, or marketing experience is a plus
- Good analytical skills
- Strong understanding of African communities in Glasgow-Scotland
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and strategic problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently remotely
