Lem Fi in the UK is seeking a proactive Growth lead focused on the Ghanaian diaspora.

You’ll own acquisition targets online and offline, travel across the UK to represent Lem Fi at community events, expos, and partner meetings, and turn presence into pipeline.

Sitting inside the Growth team, you’ll act like a founder for your market—embedded in communities, trusted by local leaders, and accountable for hard numbers.

You’ll feed insights to Product and Marketing to ensure what we build lands.
