The Role: As a Compliance Testing Analyst at LemFi, you will be responsible for the execution of our global compliance testing program. You arenât just checking boxes; you are performing deepâdiving reviews into our AML, Sanctions, and Consumer Compliance and regulatory controls to ensure they are robust enough to protect our customers and our platform. You will work closely with the Testing Manager to transform raw data into actionable insights that strengthen our global compliance posture.
How Youâll Contribute:
- Execution of Testing Cycles: Conduct methodical testing of AML/CFT, Sanctions, and Consumer Compliance and regulatory controls across all LemFi jurisdictions (US, UK, Canada, and Europe).
- Transaction Sampling: Perform forensicâlevel reviews of automated outcomes, customer files, transaction alerts, and SAR filings to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Issue Identification: Identify control deficiencies and "broken" processes, documenting clear and concise findings for the Compliance Testing Manager.
- Remediation Design: Partner with the Compliance Testing Manager to suggest practical, scalable solutions for identified gaps. You will track these actions through to completion to ensure the "fix" actually works.
- Data Analysis: Use Excel/Google Sheets and internal systems to pull data sets, identify trends, and select representative samples for testing.
- Audit Support: Assist the Compliance Testing Manager in gathering evidence and documentation for external regulators and independent auditors.
- Quality Assurance (QA) Liaison: Work alongside the QA team to ensure that dayâtoâday operational checks align with the broader compliance testing framework.
- Reporting: Assist in drafting formal testing reports and presentation decks that summarise findings and track the progress of remediation efforts.

- 1â3 years of experience in an AML compliance role, specifically within a testing, internal audit, or quality assurance capacity.
