LemFi (Series B) is building the go-to financial app for the Global South. Moving to a new country shouldn’t mean starting from zero. That's why our team of 400+ spanning 20+ countries is building a financial ecosystem that helps immigrants stay connected to home, build stability, and create wealth regardless of where they are from or where they live. What began as fast, affordable remittances is now evolving into a complete platform for multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial growth. With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders shouldn't limit financial opportunity.

We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer with a serious visual craft spike. LemFi's brand is growing as fast as our product, and this role exists to turn that identity into distinctive, memorable creative: campaigns, product launches, social, partnerships and everything in between. You'll join Brand & Product Design, working alongside Product Designers, Motion Designers, Content Designers and Creatives, reporting to the Head of Design.

This isn't a role where you'll execute templates or work through a queue of briefs. We want you to bring ideas, references, opinions and creative ambition, and help us make work that people actually notice, resonating with diaspora communities across the UK, Europe, North America and Africa while feeling contemporary, culturally relevant and unmistakably LemFi.

How You'll Contribute

  • Take creative work from idea to execution across campaigns, social, digital, OOH, partnerships and product marketing.
  • Turn LemFi's visual identity into a living creative language: typography, photography, illustration, composition and motion that keeps the brand feeling fresh.
  • Bring strong visual ideas to briefs, rather than waiting to be told what something should look like.
  • Collaborate with other creatives and marketers to develop campaign concepts and visual worlds that stretch across channels and markets.
  • Art direct photography, illustration and other creative collaborators when the work calls for it.
  • Partner with Product Designers and Motion Designers so LemFi feels coherent in product and in the world.
  • Move comfortably between big creative thinking and hands on execution, obsessing over the idea and the craft.

Who You Are

  • A visual creative first: exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the craft to turn an idea into something beautiful.
  • Conceptually strong, finding the visual idea that makes the work interesting in the first place, not just making things look good.
  • Someone with range: developing a campaign's visual world one day, art directing a shoot or designing an OOH execution the next.
  • Culturally curious, actively consuming design, photography, fashion, film, music, art and culture, with those references showing up in the work.
  • Curious and experimental with AI, using emerging tools to explore ideas and push the quality and pace of your creative work.
  • Obsessive about craft: typography, composition, colour, imagery and the small decisions others overlook.
  • A self starter who takes an open brief, finds the interesting problem inside it, and pushes the work further than expected.
  • Collaborative and comfortable sharing unfinished thinking, defending an idea, taking direct feedback and making the work better.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in brand design, visual design or a closely related creative role, at an ambitious consumer brand, startup, creative studio or agency.
  • A portfolio worth scrolling through: strong ideas, exceptional visual craft, and distinctive work across formats, not just a set of polished assets.
  • Excellent typography, composition, colour and image making instincts.
  • Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Motion, 3D, illustration or photography skills are a big plus.
  • Experience developing brand identities and translating them into campaigns and creative systems.
  • The ability to take an idea from a blank page through to beautifully crafted execution.
