LemFi is seeking an FP&A professional to join the Strategic Finance team as the first FP&A hire. You will own the integrated model, the monthly forecast, and the Board-facing reporting, partnering with Growth, Product, Operations and Risk to challenge numbers and provide a clear financial picture.
You’ll build scenarios, drive driver-based forecasting, and support fundraising and M&A diligence. This is a high-ownership, data-driven role at a fast-growing fintech serving immigrants worldwide.
