LemFi in the UK is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to lead expansion across East African communities in the UK. You’ll own on-the-ground field marketing, manage influencer negotiations, and guide partnerships to accelerate user growth.
This role requires frequent travel to UK cities, culturally fluent collaboration, and a data-driven approach to optimize CAC and activation. You’ll work with Product and Marketing to translate insights into scalable growth.
