Job Summary:
The role of the Bank & Operation Associate is a fully remote position within LemFi\’s Bank & Operation team. You should have demonstrated knowledge and experience working in Corporate banking, Legal, and Compliance scopes.
The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks within onboarding projects and be able to lead specific onboarding initiatives when assigned.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for banks and payment processors, ensuring a solid foundation for LemFi and its partners.
- Coordinate and communicate requirements with internal stakeholders to facilitate alignment and timely execution.
- Prepare and complete onboarding forms, documentation, and gather necessary corporate and KYC documentation.
- Lead onboarding projects when assigned, serving as the primary point of contact to drive completion and resolve challenges.
- Support documentation and requests related to existing banking and processor partnerships as needed.
- Engage in cross-functional responsibilities and assist the Bank & Operation Manager where required.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree preferred but not required.
- Experience in a related role within a fintech or financial institution.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Excellent analytical, research, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to global operational needs and work in a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
- Additional languages such as Portuguese or Spanish are a plus.
