At LEMAN, we're looking for a commercially driven BusinessDevelopment Manager to help grow our Air, Ocean, and Temperature-ControlledLogistics business across the UK.
This role is all about developing new business, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities within global supply chains. You'll work with customers who rely on international freight solutions and specialised transportation services, helping them move their goods efficiently and reliably across the world.
What you’ll be doing
- Proactivelyidentify and pursue new business opportunities locally and across the UK
- Buildrelationships with key decision-makers and createopportunities where others see obstacles
- Turncustomer challenges into tailored logistics solutions that create realbusiness value
- Managethe sales process from first conversation to signed agreement
- Workclosely with colleagues across the business to drive growth and deliver great customer experiences
