Benchmark external best practices to keep engagement strategies innovative and competitive.
- Career Transition and Job Search Support: Together with the People Team, develop and maintain a strategy to support departing and alumni consultants through career transition and job search, determining the right mix of resources and channels, and setting priorities and success measures. Own activation of the strategy across the firm, even where individual initiatives are executed by other teams.
