An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Leitz Tooling UK Team. The successful candidate will receive full training in all aspects of machine tooling.

The Role

Being home based but ideally in the region of one of our Service Centres in Leeds or Durham, the candidate will be organised and responsible for visiting and maintaining customer sales and relations, in the assigned area, as well as developing new business in a set geographical area: North East of the UK. Area ranges from North Lincolnshire, North Yorkshire, East of Leeds, Humberside, County Durham and Northumberland.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Starting salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum depending on experience and commission.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the National Sales and Regional Manager.
  • Offering support and technical advice to customers in the assigned area.
  • Project manage customer machine tool investment from the tooling side.
  • Consult with OEM’s during customer machine investments.
  • Build a profitable business up by fully using all available time.
  • Updating customers details including machine listing.
  • Be a point of contact for the service centres in the area for technical enquiries.
