Reporting directly to C‑Suite, this is an opportunity to truly shape the growth story of one of the UK's most ambitious challenger brands in its sector; leading a broad marketing function spanning brand, performance marketing, digital acquisition, online sales, customer lifecycle management, PR, public affairs and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver a commercially-driven marketing strategy aligned to growth objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing, lead generation, community engagement and hyper‑local go-to‑market activity.
- Own the online sales channel, optimising conversion, customer journeys, search, affiliate and digital acquisition.
- Build customer lifecycle programmes across onboarding, retention, cross‑sell, upsell and win‑back.
- Lead PR, community engagement and public affairs, reinforcing the brand reputation as a trusted local provider.
- Build a data-led marketing culture using insight, attribution and analytics to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead and develop a multi‑disciplinary marketing and community engagement team.
- Manage agency partners and marketing investment for measurable commercial return.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service and Commercial Strategy to optimise acquisition, retention and experience.
