We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Gymnastics Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and safe gymnastics sessions for children across a range of abilities, helping participants build confidence, coordination, and fitness in a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver structured gymnastics sessions suitable for different age groups and ability levels.
  • Teach gymnastics techniques while ensuring a high standard of safety at all times.
  • Supervise participants during classes and use equipment safely and correctly.
  • Create a fun, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
  • Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Help set up and tidy away gymnastics equipment before and after sessions.
  • Communicate professionally with parents, guardians, and colleagues.
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous gymnastics coaching or teaching experience preferred.
  • British Gymnastics qualification Level 1 or 2.
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage children and young people.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • First Aid qualification desirable.
  • Flexible and reliable with availability for evenings and weekends.
