Remote role. LeisureLabs is the trusted technology partner to leading fitness and wellness brands including David Lloyd, The Gym Group, Fitness First and 1Rebel. We are a digital transformation and software development agency, combining consulting, design and engineering to help our clients move faster and achieve measurable results.
We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our team. You will work directly with clients to understand their business challenges, analyse their operations, and develop practical, actionable solutions. You will play a key role in shaping client strategy while supporting delivery through to measurable outcomes.
This is a hands-on role with strong client exposure, working closely with our consulting, design and engineering teams. As we scale, you will have the opportunity to help shape how we deliver consulting, contributing to our approach, methods and playbooks, not just executing against them.
The role is remote (UK-based) with travel to client sites in the UK and Europe, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients and build strong, in-person relationships.
- Conduct analysis of business processes, systems and operations to identify areas for improvement
- Support delivery of solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Track performance and impact of implemented solutions
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in consulting or a similar role
- Able to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
