You will work directly with clients to understand their business challenges, analyse their operations, and develop practical, actionable solutions. You will play a key role in shaping client strategy while supporting delivery through to measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on role with strong client exposure, working closely with our consulting, design and engineering teams. As we scale, you will have the opportunity to help shape how we deliver consulting contributing to our approach, methods and playbooks, not just executing against them.
The role is remote (UK-based) with travel to client sites in the UK and Europe, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients and build strong, in-person relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Work with client stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges and opportunities
- Conduct analysis of business processes, systems and operations to identify areas for improvement
- Develop clear, actionable recommendations grounded in best practice
- Carry out market, competitor and vendor research to inform client strategy
- Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
- Support delivery of solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Track performance and impact of implemented solutions
- 2+ years experience in consulting or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and synthesise complex information
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Able to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in digital, technology and transformation
- Experience in the fitness, leisure or wellness sector is advantageous
