You will work directly with clients to understand their business challenges, analyse their operations, and develop practical, actionable solutions. You will play a key role in shaping client strategy while supporting delivery through to measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on role with strong client exposure, working closely with our consulting, design and engineering teams. As we scale, you will have the opportunity to help shape how we deliver consulting — contributing to our approach, methods and playbooks, not just executing against them.
The role is remote (UK-based) with travel to client sites in the UK and Europe, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients and build strong, in-person relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Work with client stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges and opportunities
- Conduct analysis of business processes, systems and operations to identify areas for improvement
- Develop clear, actionable recommendations grounded in best practice
- Carry out market, competitor and vendor research to inform client strategy
- Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
- Support delivery of solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Track performance and impact of implemented solutions
- 2+ years’ experience in consulting or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and synthesise complex information
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Able to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in digital, technology and transformation
- Experience in the fitness, leisure or wellness sector is advantageous
