An exceptional opportunity for an experienced General Manager to lead a large-scale, events-led operation within one of De Vere's flagship venues. De Vere Beaumont Estate is a high-volume meetings and events destination in Old Windsor, with over 400 bedrooms and extensive conference and event space across a unique estate setting. With revenues of circa 29 million, it is a complex and fast-paced environment requiring strong, confident leadership.

As General Manager, you will take full accountability for the leadership and performance of the estate, working closely with your senior leadership team to ensure the effective delivery of all operational areas. Reporting in to Darren McGhee, Regional Operations Director, you will ensure operational delivery is fully aligned to business priorities, supporting performance, profitability and guest experience.

With exciting future development and investment plans, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the next phase of growth for this flagship property. This is a key leadership role requiring a strong and visible leader, capable of driving performance, engagement and operational excellence across a large and complex business.

  • Proven experience as a General Manager within a large, meetings and events-led hotel or venue
  • A strong background in high-volume, operationally complex environments
  • The ability to deliver consistent operational performance aligned to wider business objectives
