Tennis and/or Padel Instructor - Lanzarote

At Club La Santa, guests can enjoy more than 80 different sports on state-of-the-art facilities and 500 weekly activities and instructed lessons – all included in the stay!
Work and responsibilities:
- Working as a tennis and/or a padel instructor at Club La Santa within the racket sports team consisting of 7-8 instructors.
- Mainly responsible for teaching tennis and padel instructions for groups and individuals.
- Coordinate tournaments and teach all levels of tennis and/or padel in groups of around 12 people.
- Teach classes with different focuses like serving, double tactics, volleys, forehand/backhand.
- Offer personal instructions (PI´s) with a focus on deeper technical and tactical development.
- Possibility to team teach classes with fellow racket sport colleagues during high season and special occasions.
- May also teach instructions in badminton, table tennis and/or squash.
- Deliver the best experience to Club La Santa guests.
- Work on a flexible schedule that is dynamic and changing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in either tennis or padel.
- Preferable: Experience and knowledge in other racket sports like squash, badminton and table tennis.
- Fluent in English; secondary Spanish and/or Danish.

What do we offer:
- Permanent full-time contract with 40 hrs. working week and 2 days off.
- Annual gross salary of 25.020€.

Important information for when applying:
- We can only employ people with a passport from the EU community or with a Spanish residencia and work permit.
- The position will require relocation to Lanzarote if you are not already living here.

- A video will be required of you introducing yourself, showing your teaching skills and playing in a match situation within either tennis and/or padel.
- The minimum period of employment for this job is 9 months, starting with a 2-month probationary period.
- A clean criminal report and child protection certificate will be required from new staff upon arrival.
