As a result of an internal move, Cosy Club Taunton is looking for a new General Manager. With us you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, and weekends where we're the life and soul of the party. From brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.

As our General Manager we look to you for accountability and instead of being confined to an office you play an active and passionate role in setting the scene for our guests across the whole site. As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa 54,000 per year:

  • Base Salary: Up to 46,000 per year depending on experience
  • Tronc: Estimated between 5k - 7k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
  • Bonus: Up to 6k additional bonus potential
  • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
  • A commitment to prioritise your work life balance and respect of your time off.
  • Two days off a week and one weekend off every six weeks.
  • 50% off food and drinks (including alcohol) from day one at all three of our brands - Lounge, Cosy Club and Brightside
