Contract Type: We are ideally seeking applicants available between March-June 2026 until September-October 2026.
Hours: Good news! We have both 0-hour casual and fixed-term contracts available. For most roles, cover for some evening and weekend shifts will be required.
Staff Accommodation: Staff accommodation is limited. Ideally, we are seeking applicants who can commute to/from the hotel during their contract. Please indicate your accommodation status upon submitting your interest.
During the warmer months, THE PIG on the beach becomes extremely popular. Our indoor restaurant service and outdoor communal dining welcomes hotel guests, pre-booked reservations, and walk-ins. Our hotel sleeps at full capacity, providing our teams with a buzzy, atmospheric place of work all day, every day.
To meet the demand, we will have an array of roles available, from Waiting Staff, Bartenders and Wine Waiters. We want our team to bring their personality to the job in hand and enjoy where they work. At THE PIG - on the beach, you will continuously experience our daily changing menu, the seasonal produce in the garden and interactions with a variety of people in an informal setting. We encourage creativity and want our staff to feel empowered to give that little extra in everything they do.
Upon successful completion of your contract, you will have the flexibility to leave our team or subject to availability, a future with THE PIG Hotels, permanent or just for the peak seasons - the decision is yours.
Any experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential. We are looking for smiley, friendly people who strive from working in a fast paced and fun environment.
