The Reception & Guest Services team at The Belfry is the first smile guests see and the heartbeat of our resort. This team thrives on creating seamless, personal experiences, solving challenges, anticipating needs, and ensuring guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Salary
The base annual rate for this role is 12.71 per hour, plus service charge.

About the role
This role is a zero hours contract and the successful candidate will be contracted to provide Reception support.

As a Receptionist, it will be your role to:

  • Ensure the efficient running of reception on a daily basis
  • Register guests into the hotel and check them out, deposit valuables into
  • Issue guests keys ensuring that the hotel policy is adhered to
  • Provide excellent guest service, resolving problems when they arise and identifying opportunities to make guests' experiences memorable and enjoyable

About you
The ideal candidate will have had experience working in a busy guest facing role and is able to stay calm under pressure you will also have:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional experiences to each and every guest
  • Experience working in a hotel would be preferred but is not necessary
  • Experience working with Opera is preferred but not essential
