If you share our love for pets and our commitment to excellence, we\'d love to meet you.The Role:We\'re currently seeking a skilled and passionate Dog Stylist / Groomer to join our busy, vibrant salon. In this hands-on role, you\'ll take the lead on grooming appointments, delivering high-quality grooms with care, precision, and a personal touch. You\'ll be interacting with pet owners daily, so strong communication and customer service skills are a must.As a Stylist, you\'ll play a key role in ensuring pets not only look great but feel great too. We\'ll support your growth with comprehensive training and development opportunities, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and additional skill-based pay enhancements.We\'re seeking individuals who are:Experienced, qualified and confident in all aspects of dog grooming, from bathing and drying to breed-specific styling and finishingHold a grooming qualificationCustomer-focused, with a friendly and professional approachFlexible and reliable, able to work a variable schedule across six days a week (minimum 24 hours/week with potential for more during busy periods)Team oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environmentGoal driven, with experience in target-led environments (preferred, but not essential)Why Join Us?We reward and recognise our Stylists in ways that matter to them.
