Position
Your role as chef:
- Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion.
- Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls.
- Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions.
- Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance.
Requirements
- We're a fast‐paced, high‐volume site, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen and takes pride in delivering great food consistently.
- Minimum 6 months' chef experience in a similar environment.
- Confidence to work on your own initiative, staying calm and organised during busy periods.
- A genuine desire to learn, improve and develop, taking guidance from those around you.
- A proud, standards‐driven individual who always strives to deliver their best.
- Strong teamwork and communication, supporting the wider kitchen and FOH teams.
- Reliability and a positive attitude, especially during peak service times.
