Current Facilities: Boston College - Temporary fitness and Group Exercise Facility and Castle Swimming Pool, Spalding. New Wet and Dry Leisure Centre Early 2027.

The Opportunity
The South Holland contract in Lincolnshire is currently at an exciting stage. It presently involves two separate sites: a temporary fitness suite and Group Exercise studio at Boston College and a swimming pool complex. However, the contract is less than a year away from moving into a single, brand new super centre. This new leisure centre will combine both current sites in early 2027, and these two old sites will close, and offer a wide range of state of the art facilities, including:
- Two swimming pools
- Fitness Studio
- Group Exercise studio
- Sports Hall
- Indoor cycling studio
- Small Cafe
- A new state of the art outdoor 3G training pitch
Reporting to the Assistant Regional Director, the successful candidate will be required to take full responsibility for the effective management of this contract ensuring the highest service standards possible. The role will enable you to make your mark in the build up to opening of the new facility. As you will assist, support and lead on a range of elements to prepare for the new Castle Activity and Fitness Leisure Centre to ensure it is ready for opening in early 2027.
The post holder will ensure that the service provided meets the requirements of the client as defined within the service specification as well as consistently driving the commercial performance for the new centre.
