We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the talented kitchen team at our stunning hotel, The Alderley Edge. The successful candidate will run all sections of the kitchen, be used to working with delicious fresh food and have some banqueting event experience.

What a Junior Sous Chef does at the Alderley Edge:
- Lead the team to run all sections of the kitchen
- Support with menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen
- Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members
- Continuously motivate the team to make sure that fresh quality food is presented each time
- The Sous Chef plays an integral role in training and development of junior team members
