The Role As a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.
You will support the wider team by preparing and serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean and organised environment, and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Start Date: We are looking for candidates who are available to start at the end of August, with a busy calendar of events throughout September.
Please note: this is a casual role, and hours will vary depending on event schedules. The Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Prepare and serve food and snacks in line with company standards.
- Use tills to take orders and process payments accurately.
- Engage with customers, responding to enquiries and promoting current offers.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across all service areas.
- Respond promptly to spills and potential hazards, ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience.
