This role is based 4 days a week on site with 1 day WFH available. You will also need to work from our Shirebrook HQ in the East Midlands for one week every month due to line management responsibilities.
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Videographer to work with the Studio Team and creative teams, setting the standard and working with stakeholders to enable results. You will be passionate about delivering results and elevating the customer experience. This is a fast-paced environment with huge potential for being able to identify and solve problems, adding value to the business and making a huge impact.
- Producing high quality videos across campaign, corporate, socials and ecommerce
- Model and talent direction for high end video output across fashion, sports and lifestyle
- Delivering high end video edits and motion graphics
- Ensure all Frasers group image guidelines are met across ecommerce and work with creative lead on ecommerce video direction
- Organising your own personal daily workloads and deadlines of your team
- Manage and lead in house videography team to success
- Maintaining good levels of care for camera equipment and work in a safe professional manner
- Remain relevant in industry leading technologies and AI workflows with videography
- Using studio workflow tools to ensure videos are online within deadlines and product launches
- Working closely with wider teams across commercial and marketing
- Undertaking admin tasks to the requirements of the studio
- Manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Managing the art working and uploading of video content for digital screens across the groups fascia's
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in model and talent direction
- Knowledge of sports and fashion creative industries
- Experience colour grading and with lighting direction
- Line management experience and strong communication skills
- Commercial portfolio showing clear examples of advertisement, socials, campaigns and ecommerce videography
- Experience using gimbles, dollys, Steadicams, jibs and other stabilisers/rigs
- A network of freelance assistants, gaffers, sparks, lighting techs, sound designers, DOP's and editors
- Experience within adobe creative suite and Davinci resolve studio
- Knowledge of Sony and Canon video camera systems
- Experience shooting with iPhone
- Must thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing work environment
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours when required including weekends and evenings for events
