What are we looking for …
This position requires a professional, outgoing and positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for sales and the ability to multitask for key stakeholders. Applicants will ideally have experience in a hospitality sales role, ideally working for one of the major UK hotel companies.
What you’ll do …
- Manage the corporate relations team with the execution of corporate client events.
- Produce Event Orders for all Familiarisation trips, events, exhibitions and VIP Site Visits arranged by Corporate Relations Managers.
- Liaise and deliver on all communication with senior management on all detail and arrangements.
- Fully organise the events and produce detailed Event orders and ultimately manage the event when on site.
- Manage the team logistics of the events/exhibitions/roadshows, from uniform, travel, accommodation and anything else required.
- Responsible for generating reports from Delphi as requested by corporate relations managers.
- Ensure the office is fully equipped and supported to facilitate the Corporate Relations Managers and Sponsorship being field based, helping to achieve over Resort C&B sales budget.
